This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
How to delete the translation of page/component?
Solution:
You should be able to remove it by following the below steps:
1. Go to the Pages >> All Pages.
2. Switch to secondary language using admin language switcher.
3. Delete the translated page.
4. Also delete it from trash.
