Background of the issue:
I want to translate the after of the product price of custom field inside WordPress Elementor. I have a listing grid from Jet Engine with the product price and in the advanced setting of the custom field product price I have (for 2 pieces). I want to translate this bit of text in Dutch and German.

Symptoms:
I have checked online but couldn't find anything.

Questions:
How can I translate the text '(for 2 pieces)' that is inside the after of the advanced settings in the custom field product price using WPML?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.

1) These fields might need to be registered for translation. Kindly check the following guides:

1- Register Custom Page Builder Widgets for Translation

2- Registering Custom Elementor Widgets for Translation Using the Multilingual Tools Plugin

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Im not quite sure i follow. This widget is not a custom widget. It is the heading widget from elementor. I want to translate the text that i put after the custom field product price. This is done in the advanced settings of the custom field, see photo

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Best regards,
Osama
