Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the products on our site using WPML. I have completed the translation 100% with no issues mentioned on the translation tool.

Symptoms:
The translation remains in progress in the WPML Translations section, and the translated product has a different layout than the original.

Questions:
Why does the translation remain in progress even after completion?
Why does the translated product have a different layout than the original?

If the translation remains in progress please do the following:
- go to WPML --> Translations Management and resend the product to translation

Please let me know if after this the problem is fixed.

Hello,

I tried what you told me but the problem remains the same.

Also there is the issue I told you about the display of the translated products that have different layout for some reason than the products of the original language.

Do you maybe want me to share with you admin credentials so I can explain you better the issue and you can investigate on it?

Thank you for providing the credentials.

Unfortunately, I’m still unable to log in. When I enter the credentials, I’m redirected back to the login page. It seems the issue might be related to the CAPTCHA.

Additionally, I noticed that the website was blocked, but I have already unblocked it.

Could you please deactivate any firewall or security plugins and try sending it to translation again?

We don't use any security or firewall plugin that prevents the login.

Maybe you mean that it shows a warning that the access to the website is unsafe? That is due to we still have http connection not https. The site is not live. We will swap to https before we go live.

Depending on the browser you use, you can still bypass this warning and login normally.

I was able to login from Safari.

I see that when I send a page to translation the site gets blocked from our server.

In order to investigate the problem,as it is a development site, do you give me permission to deactivate plugins to see if there is any conflict with a plugin?

The issue persists even with all plugins deactivated.

This indicates that your site is being blocked because it is not secure.

Could you please ensure the site is secured?

Once you’ve done that, let me know so I can check it again.

Hello,

I tried to translate a product, for example this hidden link . Although it seems it is translated, it still in remains in progress (see photo).

Also, what about the layout of the products? If you see this for example hidden link and the translation hidden link they have different layout. Why is this happening?

I was able to complete the translation but I see that the title doesn´t appear on translation.

Do you have a template for the product page? Pleasse let me know where I can find it.

I have also check and the theme options for each product are the same.

So the thing that the translation is mentioned that is in progress is not an issue? Because I remember that on all other sites I have been using WMPL when I completed a translation this section was shown as completed.

No, we don't use any template for the products. It's the default.
