Tell us what you are trying to do?
My collegue have gone through the automatic translation and made some adjustment, but we cannot see it on the website? We don't use external translators, but my name/profile i the system are registred as a translator. I tried to remove my name, but i keep popping up.
I read somewhere that a Translator has to comfirm a translation, but why, when we translate our selfs?
Is there any documentation that you are following?
It says that we don't have enough credit? Why, when we have plenty!
Is there a similar example that we can see?
Can't find one.
I've checked your account and I can see that you have 44194 credits assigned to hidden link . I'm not so sure why it's not displaying on your end and there might be some connection issues as explained here https://wpml.org/faq/wpml-plugin-cannot-connect-to-wpml-org/
I cannot see this error "Translator has to confirm a translation" shown in your attached screenshot. But if you're referring to the error "Fix it to continue translation.." , it means that there are issues with your automatic translation and it could be due to the insufficient credits.
I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
As you can see. When I click on the pencil, it says: "WPML tried to translate this page three times and failed. To get it fixed, contact WPML support".
That means that I can't look at the translation!
I tried the same in the page, but noting happend.
I've corrected some settings in our system and you should be able to use the Automatic Translation and Advanced Translation Editor without issues now. Could you clear your browser cache and recheck?
Hi Kor
I haven't been able to login since friday. It cannot recognize my user or password. Have you changed anything?
My colleague can see that the translations haven't gone live yet. They may be listed as pending so that I can log in and activate automatic translation again.
Right now we will use a backup from last Friday 22 Sep, so it shouldn't conflict with the settings you have made.
Thanks kor,
Okay. Because someone has installed WP File Manager, and it's only me who install plugin!!?
About the translation pending that my colleague has made, it's still not online, but I have to ask him which pages he made them, and I will get back to you.
