This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After updating to WPML version 4.6.8, the client's WordPress site crashed, and they had to revert to version 4.6.7.
Solution:
We recommend updating WordPress to the latest version to ensure compatibility with WPML. The crash may be due to using an outdated version of WordPress. For more information, please visit our forum topic.

Hi,
updating to version 4.6.8 caused crash of the WP site - I had to go back to 4.6.7 from backup - see screenshot.

Website info:
WordPress 5.8.8
Active template: Bridge (verze 23.2)
PHP 7.4.33
