I have already installed WPML Media Translator but its still shows not installed on support page.

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to assist you in resolving the issue.

I have created a separate ticket for this issue to make follow-ups easier and avoid mixing topics. This will help us support you better.

The message saying WPML Media Translation is not installed on the Support page seems to be a design bug. The plugin is working fine.

Our developers are already working on a fix. It will be included in a future WPML update. We’ll let you know as soon as we hear back from them. Please wait.
