Problem:
The client is facing an issue where the 'Mega Menu' is visible in the English version of their website but disappears when switching to other languages.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to address the issue:
1. Ensure that the 'Mega Menu' is properly configured in the original language (English).
2. Verify that all translations for the 'Mega Menu' are complete and accurate in each language.
3. Check that the theme and WPML settings are correctly configured to display the menu in all languages.

Yes, perfect, now working fine.

another big problem I am facing.
In the English language, "Mega Menu" opened --(i have shared a screenshot), but when I changed the language to other, the "Mega Menu" option is not showing.

Can you please take a look and let me know how we can fix this ?

Hi,
This is the new ticket where we will continue working on solving the mega menu issue.

1.- Describe the steps to edit the mega menu in the original language (English)

2.- Share the access credentials to your site in your next message, which I have set private. The credentials shared in the previous ticket were automatically deleted for security reasons.
