Background of the issue:
I am trying to allow an admin user named 'masaru' to see the Translations queue in the Translations menu. The issue can be seen at this link: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The admin user 'masaru' is unable to see any Translations queue, and instead, the queue appears empty.

Questions:
Why is the Translations queue empty for the admin user 'masaru'?
How can I fix the issue so that the Translations queue is visible?

Most likely, the translations are already assigned to another translator. To confirm this, please go to WPML >> Translation Management >> Translation Jobs.

Also, please ensure that you have added this user as a Translator via WPML >> Translation Management >> Translators.

Hi Bigul,

Thanks for the info that solve the issue.

But i have a new issue.

When we try to translate this page to French its showing loading all the time, i Resign and try to translate it agian but its showing loading all the time.

Do you have any insight inputs for this issue?
