Problem:
After updating WPML, you can't use the translation dashboard due to PTC activation and WPML requesting context settings. Attempts to save context settings show as saved but without actual changes. Additionally, you encounter an 'ApiAuthenticationError::InvalidSignature' and error 403 when making requests to specific WPML API URLs. You also face issues disabling PTC and have tried unregistering and re-registering the site multiple times without success.
Solution:
The issue stems from the site key being incorrect because the website URL is registered under a different active WPML user. To resolve this, the site needs to be unregistered from the other user's account before you can register it under yours. If the other user is part of your organization, coordinate with them to manage the registration. The username associated with the other account is 'riina'. If you're unsure who this might be or need further assistance, we recommend contacting us directly through our contact form.

you have been inactive for a while, so I have created a ticket.

1)
Can you please try next:

- Make sure you have a backup.
- Disable all other plugins and leave active only WPML plugins
- Switch to WP default theme
- Check if the issue still happens.

2) If issue still happens after first step, please provide admin access so I can login and check the website.

thanks for getting back.

I have checked further and seems issue is with site key, it is not correct so you can not use automatic translation. Problem is, this website URL is already registered with another active WPML user, so you can not re-register it again.

It needs to be removed first from their account and then you can register it under yours. Or remove from your and use site key from their account.

If this user is from your organization please follow up with them, username is riina.

Hello,

the person in charge of this account should unregister it.

If you are not sure, I advise checking further with your company / client and getting in touch with that person. We can not remove websites from other active client accounts.

One way is contacting us directly from that email, if you have access to it and ask to remove it.

Site is now unregistered from riina account. I tried to re-register site on wpml.org and wordpress but issue is same. Is there any other operations to do next?
