Issue Description:
On the Hungarian version of the website, the "Contact" form (triggered by the "web akadálymentesség" button) does not respect the site's language settings upon submission. Even though all strings and pages are translated via WPML, the form behavior defaults to English.

Location: hidden link
Component: "Web akadálymentesség" -> "Kapcsolat" (Contact) button/pop-up form.

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the Hungarian landing page (/hu).

Click on the "Kapcsolat" button under the accessibility section to open the pop-up form.

Fill out and submit the form.

Expected Result:
The user should see a Hungarian thank-you page (or success message).

The auto-responder/confirmation email sent to the user should be in Hungarian.

Actual Result:
The user is redirected to the English thank-you page.

The automated response email is delivered in English.

Technical Environment:
CMS: WordPress

Translation Plugin: WPML

Note: All relevant pages and strings have already been translated within WPML, but the form logic seems to bypass these settings.

This ticket is identical to https://wpml.org/forums/topic/form-redirection-and-auto-responder-language-mismatch/, which you closed without providing a resolution.

You can also test in https:// staging.precgonox.com, where I can give you access to investigate.

Hi Zsolt

It looks like the other thread was automatically closed after a period of inactivity without reply.

I just requested access to your staging site in another thread, rather than repeat that here, let me just note for the supporter that takes this ticket that credentials have been requested in this ticket:

Hi Nigel,

Could you please tell me exactly what I should do next? The ticket you mentioned is already closed; I cannot reopen it, and therefore I cannot provide the credentials there. I am also unable to reach Marcel, who was handling that thread.

To clarify, we have not merged this with Carlos's ticket. That is running on a completely separate thread, and I would prefer to keep it that way, as I hope to close that case later today.

I would like to move forward with this issue as quickly as possible. Please advise on how I can provide the necessary access information since the other ticket is locked.

Hello,

I'd be happy to take a closer look at this.

I'd like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate the issue further.

You'll find the necessary fields below the comment section if you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide will be private, meaning only you and I will be able to see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to create a backup of the website and database before granting us access.

If you don't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your login credentials for the post and website will be set to "PUBLIC." Do NOT publish the information unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

I may need to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to create a copy of the website on which I can investigate the problem more thoroughly.

I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site on your server for this purpose. Make sure that the issue is visible on this staging site. An updated clone of your production site would be ideal.

If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, please contact your hosting provider. Please ensure that WPML is also registered on this staging site at https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/.

If you are unable to provide such a copy of the website for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

The private reply form looks like this:

When replying again, click "I still need assistance".

Please note that we are required to request this information individually on each ticket. We are not permitted to access any login information that was not specifically provided in the private reply form for this ticket.

Best regards
Andreas

Once I click on the button, I see a translated form. See screenshot.

You might refer to the success page here:

Currently, the "Contact Us" button on the homepage uses on click the popup "Dialog - AI Assessment Form".

If you translate this template, you will find this link on the Advanced Translation Editor:

It was not yet translated. You needed to translate it to:

Hi Andreas,

Thank you for the update. Did you test the form with the corrected links in your environment? Does it now correctly redirect to the Hungarian thank-you page and send the auto-responder emails in Hungarian?

I have just double-checked the live system (the one I cloned for you earlier), and the translations there **already contain the correct Hungarian URLs**. I don't understand why they weren't showing up or working on the version you inspected.

If necessary, I can create a fresh staging site from the current live version so you can take another look at the exact settings we have now.

Please test this in your environment to confirm that the fix you suggested actually resolves both the redirection and the email language issue.

Best regards,
Zsolt
