This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is unable to change the 'Translate' setting for an ACF custom field, which appears locked. The interface suggests changing settings in the ACF Field Group, but no relevant settings are found. Solution: We recommend switching the interface to 'Expert mode' in the WPML settings. This action should allow the modification of the translation settings for each custom field individually. Once in 'Expert mode', navigate to the WPML custom field settings and adjust the translation preference for the necessary fields.

Thanks for your reply. I've checked this post in my local dev site hidden link and the section "Dieser Bauunternehmer hat seine Asphaltaufbereitung grundlegend geändert" is showing the correct language as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could this be some cache related issue? Also, it is showing correctly on your Website too.
It is showing correctly because I had manually updated it between recording the video and sending you the duplicate of the website. I tried to look for a different example, one that wasn't fixed then.
Go to the German products page, either /de/products or /de/produkte
You will see a string left in English "Our products are developed based on customer needs and there are over 100 applications where they can be used."
You can use this for investigating the root cause of the issue.
Thanks for your patience. I apologize for the long delay. I'm working on your other ticket. For this ticket, I've checked the page you mentioned, and the translation is also fine there, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Do you have any other examples that I could check?
Here the request form heading "Request a free consultation" is left in English

The part "The DL-Series is ideal for topsoil screening...", "Handle biomass and composting...", and "Get to know our other Screening Bucket products..." are in English

"Selected ALLU D-Series models are available..." and "Get to know our other Screening Bucket products..." are left in English
Thanks for your reply. I'm still checking on this locally and will come back to you. Also, as for your other ticket, I'm waiting for your response regarding the staging site request on your server.
The copy you shared with me doesn't have the issue that you mentioned. Everything seems to be translated completely when I checked locally. I guess you shared the latest copy of the production where everything is translated manually by you.
I don't have a version of the site with those issues still present, so the best I can think of to do is to close this ticket for now, and I will open a new one if the issue comes up again in the future, and send you a Duplicator archive with the issue present. I'm keeping WPML up-to-date, so it might already be fixed, as it has happened a lot in the past.
