My client, Match Support BV, has an account with you. Unfortunately, submitting a form created with Elementor Pro Forms isn't working on our website. It works in the native language, Dutch, but unfortunately, submitting the form on translated pages isn't working.
We built it using CPT, with a template that loads on the translated CPTs.
While waiting for a colleague to pick up this ticket, can I request a little more information that may speed things up when they do.
Specifically, could you please clarify how you are translating the template which includes the Elementor form? I ask because we have had some reports of problems when pages with forms are manually translated rather than going through the typical WPML workflow of being sent for translation from the Translation Dashboard. Your issue relates to templates not pages, and the error looks a little different, but it could be related.
The error says there is a server error, which suggests there might be details of the error in the debug.log. Is that active on the site? If not, could you activate debugging and re-test, then share details of any error found?
Depending on what you find, we may need access to the site to investigate, so let me set up a private reply now to get credentials from you, in case they prove necessary. You may want to create a temporary admin user for us to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of the site.
Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'd be happy to assist you on this issue.
It looks like due to the telephone number validations the issue is happening, can you remove the tel number once and see if it helps?
Further, I have created a public test site here: hidden link can you install the elementor plugin and create a similar contact form page to see if the problem is reproduced here?

To get a better understanding, I suggest sharing a backup of your wp-content folder and your database. You can zip the files and send them to me via Google Drive. With these, I can set up a local copy of your site and take a closer look at the issue.
The database backup doesn't have any WPML tables, can you create a new backup and share it, it should be identical to the live site so we can effectively check the issue.
I have replicated your site on my localhost and the issue doesn't exists at all making it hard to test further.
On the site, Have you tried disabling all non-WPML plugins, switching to one of the default themes, and checking whether the issue still persists or not?
Please remember to create a backup of your site (both files and the database) before making any updates or changes. This is always a good practice.
Yes I tried but then we don't see our vacancies anymore because we created our own CPT. So on you localhost site you can mail on a vacancion on English and Dutch for example?
Can you look at our website with the login I shared? Because then maybe you can help me test is?
