Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that automated translations are visible on Elementor for my site hidden link. I have used automated translations, and while they show on the backend editor, they don't appear on the fronted.
Symptoms:
Translations are not showing on Elementor's frontend despite being visible in the backend.
Questions:
How can I make sure translations show on Elementor?
Why are translations not appearing on the published page?
Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay due to high workload and the reply time will be shorter from now. Could you please try to follow the below steps and see if this resolves the issue:
1. Take a backup of your site first for safety reasons.
2. Install/activate the WPML String Translation plugin on your site which is necessary to translate the Elementor pages using WPML Translation Editor. If the WPML is registered properly on your site, please go to your site’s dashboard > Plugins >> Add New Plugin > Commercial tab and install the String Translation plugin, or you should be able to download the stable v3.3.3 from here: https://wpml.org/download/wpml-string-translation/?section=changelog
3. After installing String Translation plugin, you need to reload the translation by following this doc:
1. Open the default language page in Edit mode.
2. Make a small change, for example, add a space or + sign in page title.
3. Save the page.
4. Now, please remove that small change that did in step #2.
5. Update the page again.
6. Now, please send the page for translation from WPML >> Translation Management page and see if this resolves the issue.
Hi, we've just purchased 195,000 PTC credits to translate the whole site. In order to do this - resend for translation, it's now asking us to purchase credits again. When we try to purchase more credits it's not working. Please advise.
Hi, thanks for the details. I checked your WPML.org account and noticed you currently have 85,000 prepaid credits available, while your site has already consumed 195,000 post-paid credits.
If you assign the prepaid credits to your site, the system will automatically deduct that amount from the post-paid usage. For example, if you assign all 85,000 prepaid credits, your post-paid usage will drop to 110,000.
Thank you for letting me know about this. I'm unable to see the credits either from my account or the website's Translation Tools page - please can you advise? hidden link

Thank you for the update. For the “Unable to see credits” problem, it’s a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. I've created a new ticket for this at: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/unable-to-see-the-credits/
For the original “Elementor text translation not showing” problem, could you please take a backup of your site and install/activate the WPML String translation plugins and try the below procedure:
1. Open the default language page in Edit mode.
2. Make a small change, for example, add a space or + sign in the page title.
3. Save the page.
4. Now, please remove that small change that did in step #2.
5. Update the page again.
6. Now, please try to open the translated page in the WPML Translation Editor, make sure the translation is 100% complete, and press the Complete Translation button.
Now visit the frontend of that translated page and see if it shows the correct translation.
Additionally there are some elements on elementor like the slide text button and titles that aren't showing on the translation page - how can I add them in so they can be translated?
