Background of the issue:
I added terms to the glossary and then auto-translated my site.

Symptoms:
The translation in the pages is different than what I added to the glossary.

Questions:
Why doesn't the glossary translation apply in the automatic translation?
How can I ensure the glossary terms are used in the automatic translation?

Hi,

I asked the second-tier support about the glossary in our internal issue tracker.

It might take time but I will update you as soon as I have news.

thank you for your patience.

Meanwhile, if it is ok with you , I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Hi,

I have got an initial answer from the second tier support.

If the Glossary item is with a type that will be used without translation it should work on all engines.

But with a type that you translate the glossary with other word it is only limited to DeepL.

From what I understand you have the second type and unfortunately, you will; need the DeepL translation engine to have the option available for you.

Thanks.

So should I use the other type? the "name" one can work with the WPML AI?

I saw that in the new update, you can apply glossary terms after you translated the pages.

how I make it happen without translating everything again?
