I cannot upgrsade my account to Multilingual Agency

Background of the issue:
I am trying to upgrade my account from Multilingual CMS to Multilingual Agency as my renewal is coming up in September. I attempted to do this by clicking on 'Upgrade your account'. Here is a link to a screenshot of the issue: hidden link.

Symptoms:
