Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a website using WPML. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.
I am also sending a video to observe this phenomenon: hidden link.
Symptoms:
I can't translate anything; no content appears. Only one line appeared, and the rest of the content did not appear at all, even though the program indicated that it was ready.
Questions:
Why can't I translate anything?
Why does only one line appear while the rest of the content does not?

1) You have a few plugins that are probably not needed: Advanced Custom Field Multilingual, Sticky Links, Media Translation. Please disable them if you're not sure if you're using them
2) I can see you're using an alpha version of Divi, I suspect that version has content that has changed and isn't yet compatible with WPML. You can verify this if you open a translation via the translation editor and see only the title for example and not the content from the body of the page available for translation.
Can you try that and let me know what you get so I can better understand what to do? you can also try to install the latest stable release from Divi and try to send the content to translate via WPML > Translation Management to see if the content appears correctly.
