Problem:
You are unable to translate the labels on the checkout and shop pages of your WooCommerce site.
Solution:
We recommend you follow these steps:
1. Ensure you have a full backup of your website.
2. Navigate to WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization;
3. Select and scan your theme and any plugins related to WooCommerce;
4. Proceed to WPML > String Translation and translate any strings related to the Cart/Checkout pages;
5. Search for the specific labels within WPML > String Translation and translate them.

Background of the issue:
I can't translate the final check out and also the shop page, as concern the labels of them. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Welcome to the WPML Support. Please make a full website backup, and follow these steps:

1. Go to WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization;
2. Select and scan your theme;
3. Select and scan any other plugins that are connected to WooCommerce;
4. Go to WPML > String Translation and translate any Strings you find that belong to the Cart/Checkout pages;
5. Finally, go to WPML > String Translation, search for the labels and translate them.
