I can see that double closing tag in the said file (wpml-media-translation/classes/menus/wpml-media-help-tab.php), however, before proceeding further, can you please provide more details? Like what kind of problem it is causing in usage, any feature break or etc (except an invalid HTML). Please let me know and I'll try my best to further escalate the matter. Regards.
