This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is having issues translating certain sections of their website such as 'Services', 'Layout', and 'Team members' using the WPML plugin. These sections, generated by the ThemeRex Prolingua theme, do not appear in the WPML string translation tool. Additionally, switching to English via the language switcher is causing layout problems on the homepage, including a duplicated header and full-width stretched columns.
Solution:
We recommend updating the WPBakery Page Builder plugin to the latest version, as the client's current version is outdated and may not be fully compatible with WPML. This update could resolve both the translation and layout issues. For guidance on updating and building multilingual sites with WPBakery Page Builder and WPML, please refer to the following documentation:

It is also important to back up the database before proceeding with any updates.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If after trying the suggested steps the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If necessary, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket for further assistance.

I have ran into problems trying to translate my site into English using WPML plugin. My site runs paid ThemeRex Prolingua theme for which the author says it is WPML compliant.
But many strings just don’t appear in any of WPMLs translation tools. For example all of the content from the ‘Services’, ‘Layout’ and ‘Team members’ sections of the website (all generated by the theme) doesn’t appear in the WPLM string translation tool and, also, I am not able to translate this sections using WordPress edit page.
I experience the same problem when trying to translate many other sections of the site: footer, above footer, headlines and some raw html sections.
I have browsed through similar topics in your support forum and tried the following:
1. Ran ‘Theme and plugins localization’ multiple times
2. Used ‘Auto register strings for translation’ function multiple times
Also, when I switch the English language on (via the language switcher) it affects the layout of the page. This problem affects the homepage in a way that it duplicates the header introducing a new, unwanted, header above the right one, it also affects the width of the columns stretching them to a full width….
Please help, because I am stuck on this issue for a while now and I am running out of ideas on how to solve this problem😊
