This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to update string translations on your website using the WPML plugin with the houzez theme, but the translations are not displaying correctly in German, French, and Italian. Instead, the default English strings are shown.
Solution:
We recommend checking the admin text strings for the translations. For example, the string 'Send email' was found and translated correctly after checking the admin text strings. You should follow the same process for other strings that are not displaying correctly. For more detailed information, please refer to our documentation on finding strings that don't appear on the string translation page: link.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to update some string translations of my website using the WPML plugin with the houzez theme. I have followed the documentation several times, including checking the memory limit, deleting strings, rescanning theme and plugin localization, retranslating strings, looking for strings while pages are rendered, and checking admin text strings. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The string translations are not displayed in German, French, Italian as expected. Instead, the default English strings are shown. For example, 'Email senden' is displayed as 'Send email', 'Anrufen' as 'Call', 'Sprache' as 'Language', and 'Angebote' as 'Listings', etc.

Questions:
Why are the string translations not updating on the frontend?
What additional steps can I take to ensure the translations are displayed correctly?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will gladly help you.

I would need temporary access to your site's WP-admin to investigate this issue and understand it better.

Please fully back up your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
* Note: I might need to enable/disable plugins, switch themes, and access your website database.

Your next reply is set to private for you to provide the username and password details.

Thanks,
Marsel

Hi,

Thank you for the access, I was able to check and I tested with the string "Send email".
I was able to find/translate the string by checking admin text strings (as you can see on the attached image). The string should be showing correctly translated on the website.

You can find more detailed information from our documentation on this link.

Please try checking for the other strings as well and let me know if you need further help or have any questions.

Regards,
Marsel

Hi Marsel!
Great, thanks for the quick service. It worked and I'll remember it. Unfortunately, I have to bother you again. The following problems:

1)
on the "agency" page in the default language English, the 4 "listings" offered are displayed on this page:
hidden link

Problem:
on the translated page (German), these 4 "listings" are not displayed, even though I have already translated these 4 listings into German:
hidden link

2)

On the "agent" page in English, you can click on the agency hyperlink and get to the agency:
hidden link

Problem:
You cannot click on this link in German, although I have already translated the agency page into German:
hidden link

thank you for your time and support.
