I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.

I checked it and it seems like it translated it this time, however there are some issues e.g. in some cases is changes the brandname which i added to the glossary to brokercercheck.
How come?
Also can you try with the home? If it works now, how can i make sure it works in the future? What happens to the credits if it fails?
You can correct the specific names directly in the editor. I've actually overwrote them, as I didn't know they were in the Glossary. I apologize for that.
As for the home page, you can try it yourself. Let me know if you have any issues.
Credits are not consumed, if content is not translated. So if it fails, there shouldn't be any credit consumption.
As to make sure it works in the future, that's why we have our support. If you run into any issues, you can reach out. WPML is a flexible plugin, that must adapt to literally millions of different plugins, themes, server settings, language combinations, and so on. Very often, it requires adjustment. Again, that's why we from support work hard on each specific environment to ensure it works properly whenever possible.

There is a translation when i look at the editor but the home is completely busted. Why should i delete the translation again and spent money again?

Can you also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get back quicker as I am in big trouble with a client already because the translation that hsould have been up weeks ago is nowhere visible!!

I understand that you're frustrated with our reply times, but we do our best to answer in a timely manner. Also, our policy and internal organization, requires us to have one issue per ticket — both because of agility and productiveness. It's in your best interest to open new tickets, when having different issues.
