Symptoms:
Still not able to translate a page.
Questions:
Why am I still unable to translate a page after support intervention?
Since I wasn't able to reproduce the issue locally, please create a staging version of your website, in the same server and with the same users, so that I can check if the issue also happens there.
Thanks in advance.
