Background of the issue:
I am using several custom Gutenberg blocks built with ACF on my website. I want to maintain the same content across different languages when using WPML. Specifically, I want to upload content like image galleries in one language and have it automatically synchronized across all other languages. I have set the ACF field settings to 'copy' for images.
Symptoms:
The behavior of synchronizing image galleries across languages does not work as expected despite setting ACF field settings to 'copy'.
Questions:
Is there a way to configure WPML and ACF so that content like image galleries can remain consistent across translations without requiring separate manual adjustments in every language?
1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site.
- To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page. - Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire content of the text box and copy it. - Now go back to our support forum, find debug information box and paste it.

2) Please make sure you are using the ACFML addon and following our guide:
at top, there is a translation method you need to select for each field group. make sure you are using the correct one as per our docs.
Please share the image with me, and if you just changed it to a same field across languages mode, wait for 5-10 minutes for it to update the translation settings across the website and re-translate your page with the issue.
