This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

You are trying to translate the homepage of your website from Greek to English and Italian using automatic translation, but the translated homepage appears broken with a white space on the right side and rearranged images.

Solution:

If you're experiencing layout issues on your translated homepage, such as unexpected white spaces and image rearrangement, it might be due to different settings applied to the translated pages compared to the original. Ensure that the settings, including sidebar configurations, are consistent across all language versions. For detailed guidance on translating content with specific themes, refer to the following documentation:

Additionally, consider upgrading your site configurations to enhance performance:

1) Increase the WP Memory Limit to at least 256MB.
2) Increase the MaxInputVars in your PHP settings to 10000.

If you wish to switch translation engines or manage translations manually, you can find the necessary steps here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-change-automatic-translation-engines/

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket.

Additionally, we have a request: kindly upgrade the following configurations to improve the performance of your site.

1) Increase *WP Memory Limit* to *256*(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is *128*). Please check the following links for more details

Hello ,

Thank you for getting back to me.
I fixed the problem but it wasn't something from your troubleshooting suggestions.
For future refenrece, what happened was that the translated pages somehow had different setting from the default one. For example, the translated pages has a sidebar while the original page had no sidebars.
I managed to replicate all the settings asnd for now everything works fine.
Thanks!

Hello again,
I'm having trouble finding the members only support form and I can not open a new ticket that isn't classified as a bug.

I have a question, though.
I have translated half my website with wpml ai automatic translation. Is it possible to change to a different automatic translation tool for the rest of the website. There is a lot of content to translate and I'm afraid the cost will be very high if I translate everything with wpml ai.
Thank you in advance!

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Yes, it is possible to change the translation engines in WPML. You can find the steps here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-change-automatic-translation-engines/

If you prefer, you can also turn off automatic translation and manually translate (using WPML Automatic translation tools) only the required posts and pages from the WPML Translation Management Dashboard.
