The website is in Italian (primary language) and English (secondary language).
Even after adding your plugin, it seems to be impossible to translate the MC4WP form.
This guide "https://wpml.org/errata/mailchimp-for-wordpress-mc4wp-edit-link-from-translation-management-returns-a-broken-url/" helped me to fix the problem of the broken link, but still I cannot find the way to translate the form.
It seems there is a duplicate of the form, but I cannot find it.
Unfortunately the customer does not allow me to share debug information, but I can tell you that all is updated to the latest version.
