[Closed] Unable to translate strings automatically

Hello there,

The following fatal error appeared on your site while trying to resend the strings.

PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_source_language_code() on bool

To fix this, please follow the steps mentioned here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/fatal-error-while-sending-the-jobs-to-the-translators/#post-5465497

Note: only proceed to perform this steps after a backup, once the above steps as performed, you will be able to send the string and translate it accordingly.

I downloaded your db and checked this and it works after this, your host doesn't allow to install any phpmyadmin plugins so you will need to consult with your host about phpmyadmin and run this mysql queries.

It opens in the classic translation editor, you can try for another string, also for this string, just copy-paste the translations and complete it, Afterwards, you can re-send and it will work without any issue in Advanced Translation Editor (ATE).
