Thanks for contacting us. I need to check how the links are being created. If it's a custom link, you'll need to translate the links manually as explained here https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-links/
I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
I've checked, and it looks like the links are using custom URLs as shown in the attached screenshot. You'll have to manually translate the links following the instructions here. https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-links/
To translate the links, navigate to the page editor in the backend hidden link and trigger the translations. Then, in the search box provided in the Advanced Translation Editor, type "HTTP" and all links will appear for translation.
Thanks for your reply. I've inserted the custom XML configuration below into WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration and translating the links should be possible now.
Thanks for your reply. You need to update the page first so that the Advanced Translation Editor can rescan the page. Here is a screen recording for your reference hidden link
Thanks for your reply. My mistake, the links should correct itself when using the Advanced Translation Editor. Did you make changes already, because all the links seems to be working fine now when I checked hidden link
