Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I can see the issue on your site, please try to re-save the Permalinks from the Settings >> Permalinks by pressing the Save Changes button.

If the issue persists, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

Thank you

Thanks for providing the login details. The issue you faced is a known one and has already been reported to our developers. A workaround is available here: https://wpml.org/errata/product-category-links-do-not-use-translated-slugs

To fix it, I followed these steps:
1. Went to WPML >> Settings > Taxonomies Translation section.
2. Clicked on “Set different slugs in different languages for Product categories”.
3. Saved the settings without making any changes.

It’s now working correctly, as you can see:

Could you please check and confirm on your side?

Thank you for your cooperation

Hello,
it seems I have the same problem, but I can't find “Set different slugs in different languages for Product categories” - neither in WPML -> Settings -> Taxonomies Translation, nor in WPML -> Taxonomy translation.
