Can you please let me access our site and explain the steps to see the issue?
The access details you share with Prosenjiy, my colleague, are not working. I also need you to share the access details in the special section below. In this way, you give us your content to access your site.
Also, could you please share your site's Debug information?

It is not officially compatible with WPML. And this plugin is unknown to us. However, I replicated the problem on a new WordPress installation with WooCommerce, WPML, and the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce by CartFlows plugin. You can see my test site here.

Notice the blue color swatch. It is not preserving the color on the translated product here.

It is the same problem as on your site. I'll escalate this issue to our compatibility team, who will try to provide a workaround.
Please consider using a similar plugin that is officially compatible with WPML. You can check them out here.
Ok, Leave the color but what about the "Variations" does it also attached with that Swatches Plugin"? As the product edit page, it's totally different from the Swatches section but variations also not working on the Arabic side, and when I update it keeps resetting.
It might be also related. I'm not sure. I tried to check this on your site, but it seems you deactivated WPML.
Please use my test site to replicate the issue with the variation, so I can continue helping with this issue. You can access my test site with this direct link.
