Background of the issue:
I am new to WPML and used it to automatically translate all content on my website, hidden link. I want to retranslate my website.

Symptoms:
After using WPML to automatically translate all content, my website displayed numerous 404 error pages. For example, hidden link and /fr/ and /vi/ and /ru/ and /pt-br/ and /pt-pt/ etc. There are many 404 pages that need to be resolved. Thank you.

Questions:
Could you please assist me in refunding my translation credits?
Is it possible to return the translation credits to me so I can retranslate my website?
