This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client has translated headers and footers from Hebrew to English using Elementor. Despite following a tutorial, the original Hebrew headers and footers are still displayed on the English version of the site. The client suspects a conflict between the Hebrew and English templates and is also seeking advice on the compatible MariaDB version for the plugin.
Solution:
We reviewed the client's site and identified that the header for the English version had not been translated. We recommend translating the header at this link and checking if that resolves the issue. Regarding the MariaDB version, we advise consulting with the plugin support for the exact version required.

I translated the headers and footers from Hebrew (the original language) to English.
The header and footer templates have certain conditions for displaying on specific categories, pages, or posts.
I followed this tutorial: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/elementor-template-condition/ but still can't make it work.
The Hebrew (original) headers and footers are still being displayed for the English version. Why?
A hint: when checking the template condition of the Hebrew templates, it indicates a conflict with the English template, which may be causing this issue.
I think I'll need forther help on this one since I did everything I could.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Also, I checked your debug information, I noticed that your MySQL version is below the plugin minimum requirements as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ . Kindly contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the MySQL version to 5.6+ for you.

Thanks again.

Here is what he said:
"You have to check the database version which is compatible with the plugin which requires upgradation or you should consult with the plugin support so they tell you the exact version."

I've attached a screenshot of my host setup on this regard. Please let me know what Maria DB version I should meet.

What version of MySql and MariaDb should I use? Remember, this upgrade is irreversable from the host side. It could be harmful process.

Thanks again,
-Ayla
