I expected to see: changed info on this page

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

If I understood correctly, you are trying to edit content in a secondary language, in this case: Estonian. But if you make a change on this page, the changes are also applied to the other translations of this page, correct?

If the above is correct, then could you tell me what is the default language of that page?

If the above is not correct, then could you elaborate a little more so I can have a better understanding of the issue?

Regards,
Carlos

Hello, the default language is estonian, and I cant save changes only on this page in the entire homepage. I cheked and it doesn't save changes on any language. I need of course to make change on estonian and only then refresh other languages.

Hello,

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back-up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Thank you for sharing the credentials requested.

However, when I tried to log in to the site I got this error message: "LOGIN BLOCKED: 2FA is required to be active on your account. Please contact the site administrator."

Please deactivate 2FA while we investigate this issue.

Thanks! This time I was able to access the site.

I ran some troubleshooting steps but before we continue I kindly ask you to:
- Create a full backup of the site
- Update all outdated plugins, themes and the core that appear outdated in this link: hidden link
- Flush the cache memory
- If the issue persists, then attach some screenshots or create a video describing step-by-step how to reproduce the issue

Note: I visited the page (hidden link) and it looks correctly translated

Thanks, i'll make tomorrow all steps.
1. How to make flush cache memory.. do you think in browser or it should be done somewhere in admin panel?
2. Translates are ok, but in original (estonian) i cant make changes on one page. hope these steps will help.

Hi there,

1.- If you have any cache plugin installed it should have an option to flush the cache memory. Also, on the server side, there might be an option to flush the cache too, but you might have to contact your hosting providers for this.

2.- When I try to edit the page in Estonian I get this error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 327680 bytes) in /data01/virt93092/domeenid/www.spavarska.ee/uus/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2320

Please ask your hosting providers to increase the PHP memory limit.

Regards!

All these steps didn't help. But i solved it with very simple method, but I dont know why it works. I saved a copy of file, deleted the original. It works.

Hi there,

This solution will solve the problem if the entry in the database for that content is corrupted. Does the issue persist if you create a new post/page?

Regards!
