This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unsure who was using their account and wanted to cancel it, asking if there was a way to know which site was using it.
Solution:
We checked the client's account details and confirmed that no site key was currently registered under their account. We recommended the client to verify this by visiting their Sites page at https://wpml.org/account/sites/.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
