Background of the issue:
I am using the 'WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency' plugin on my website hidden link. Everything was working fine until one day in May when I noticed that the COGS were not showing on orders in my external SAAS for bookkeeping, Metorik. After investigating, I found that the issue was related to the 'WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency' plugin. Deactivating the plugin resolved the issue with Metorik but caused other issues with pricing synchronization in different languages. I used the 'Troubleshooting' tool to sync product stock quantity and status, fix translated variations relationships, sync removed product meta from original products to translations, and register product reviews for translations, which temporarily resolved the issue.

Symptoms:
When I reload the page, all the synced items revert to their previous unsynced status, as if the changes made by the troubleshooting tool were not saved.

Questions:
Can you provide assistance with ensuring that the changes made by the troubleshooting tool are saved?

Hi there,

Is the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin currently activated?

Did you only deactivate it temporarily? It's important to note that the plugin is required to remain active in order to have a multilingual e-commerce site.

Hello Bobby,

Yes the plugin is currently activated.

I did before deactivate it temporary.

Is there a way we could solve this?

Hi there,

Please review the following errata in case it is related:
https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-multilingual-attribute-terms-are-not-showing-for-product-variations-after-translating-it/

If that does not help I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby

Thank you for the access details!

Are there specific products showcasing this issue?

If possible share a product URL with me to ensure that we are viewing the same product for testing.

At the moment I was not able to reproduce this behavior when testing the following products.
