Instead, I got:
Hi Support, we are having issues with pages that are translated with classic are converted to the new advanced translator.
When this happens, most of the text that are already translated are still visible on the frontend but are missing in the translation module.
And sometimes text from the original lang of the page, are added to the translated fields on right side.
The entire website have been translated last year, and multiple places after the launch of Advanced translator is now missing in the backend.

Hi Thomas,
This is expected because the translation memory and the method used to create the translation are different between the Classic and the advanced translation editors.
You need to retranslate the missing content or to copy the translation from the front end. Please check here for more details: https://wpml.org/faq/why-arent-my-translations-showing/
