I am not satisfied with wpml because from Slovak to Czech I have to check the texts completely and everything because it translates badly and many expressions are translated into nonsense in Czech. The amount you ask for the annual subscription is not very satisfactory for me. Can you give me an additional discount on the annual fee? Thank you for your early response.

What you are describing as not satisfactory is the automatic translation but the renewal is for the actual plugin + support coverage which is a bit different.
the plugin will provide the structure and tools for you to translate either manually (free) or automatically (which is what you are not satisfied with).
Now, I can see on our end you used microsoft for the translations, I'm guessing because of the pricing. we can't be responsible for what other engines outside of ours give as a result (PTC, the only inhouse engine we have and improve).
What I can tell you is that for your niche, microsoft is definitely the last one you want to use and in general it's better to use DeepL (but i believe it may not have the language pair you're using) or Google.
Yes, they offer different pricing so they are a bit more expensive but the quality is better for your specific niche.
Also, the price you pay is already quite low for a yearly subscription of a plugin.
I could give you some credits for you to test another translation engine and see if the quality improves, though, would you like that?

Please know this is an exception because credits are non refundable and there wasn't anything wrong technically.
i was only authorized to refund the credits from 2026 but they were enough for you to translate a lot of pages 🙂
I'd suggest you translate only one page with a new translation engine, check the quality and then at most change to another if you don't find it suitable.
