Problem:
The client needed a refund for a WPML purchase because they never received login credentials and decided they no longer need the account. The email provided for the account setup did not match the one in WPML's records, which likely caused the issue with receiving emails.
Solution:
We identified a discrepancy in the email addresses used for the WPML account. The correct email had an additional period, making it different from the one initially provided. We updated the client with the correct email and a new password to log into their WPML account. We instructed the client to log in and submit a refund request through the following link: https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/.
