To further debug this issue, I would need to replicate your site on my localhost and perform further debugging to see the differentials, being so can you provide us the wp-content backup and database backup of your site?
You can download this files using some backup plugins like duplicator, updraft or just zip the files from your hosting provider panel and send it using google drive, dropbox.
We tried to replicate your site on our localhost but it looks like the database backup is not complete as it results in errors, can you provide a new database backup, you can also ask the hosting provider to provide a complete backup if possible.
Could you please go to WPML->themes and plugin localization and disable the following two options:
+ Automatically load the theme's .mo file using 'load_textdomain'
+ Use theme or plugin text domains when gettext calls do not use a string literal
and check the issue once? if this does not help, can you please give me the exact pages that I should check for slowness?
