I am experiencing an issue with the WPML plugin on my website i-ryan.com. The Translation Tools page is blank, and the ATE connection buttons are missing. This issue does not occur on another site, chudian.com, which is under the same WPML account. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting the server, clearing WPML caches, disabling and reactivating plugins, and manually resetting via PHP by clearing wp_icl_ate_account table and wpml_ate_% options. Both sites use the same WPML.org account key. I suspect that i-ryan.com has lost its ATE token or is not registered properly with WPML’s ATE servers (ate.wpml.org).

The Translation Tools page is completely blank on i-ryan.com, and the 'Reset ATE Account' or 'Delete site connection with ATE' button does not appear under WPML → Support → Troubleshooting.

I accessed your site and checked WPML -> Translation Dashboard -> Translation Tools, and I don't see this problem. I see the content on this screen. Please see the attached screenshot.
