This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client changed the main language of their website from Turkish (TR) to English (EN) after moving to a new domain and encountered an error when logging into the original domain with the Turkish language set as the main language.
Solution:
We recommend updating to the latest version of WPML, which at the time of the support was 4.6.8. This update can be downloaded from the WPML changelog page.
After updating, the client should use the "mark it as copy" option designed for such cases where the domain and main language have changed.

The main language of fonksiyonturizm.com was TR, I added EN, RU, DE and FR languages to this site.
Then I moved all the content on the site because I needed two separate domain names and moved it to functionhealthtourism.com.

On this new site, I chose EN as the main language and removed the TR language. Today, I deleted the old KEY and re-registered with the new KEY I created for functionhealthtourism.com. This site is working successfully.

On fonksiyonturizm.com, I re-registered with the new KEY I created for this domain. On this site, the main language will be TR and I will add the EN language. All the pages I created are manual translation for both sites, I did not use the automatic translator.

Now, when I log in to fonksiyonturizm.com, I get an error. Can you help me how to fix this problem?

Would you be willing to provide me with WordPress credentials for both sites so I could investigate the issue directly and check how site are connected now?

Can you ask you to update WPML to 4.6.7 on both sites? You can do it from here:
hidden link, as I believe your case to be https://wpml.org/errata/this-site-has-moved-to-a-new-location-message-after-migrating-your-website/.

I updated as you recommended.
There is no problem on fonksiyonturizm.com, the site is working.
functionhealthtourism.com site is working but gives the following warning on the dashboard.

Can you try with:

define('WP_HOME','<em><u>hidden link</u></em>');
define('WP_SITEURL','<em><u>hidden link</u></em>');

and

define('WP_HOME','<em><u>hidden link</u></em>');
define('WP_SITEURL','<em><u>hidden link</u></em>');

so open the wp-config.php file in a text editor and add these just above the line that says /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */: for each of the sites.

Does it help?

Please ignore my previous answer for now - can you update to 4.6.8? We just released it.
https://wpml.org/download/wpml-multilingual-cms/?section=changelog

And we introduced this "mark it as copy" option for such cases, can you check?
