Problem:
If you're using WooCommerce with the Uncode Theme and have translated a product from German to English, but the English page appears empty and shows no content when editing, even though all fields are translated and marked as complete in the WPML Classic Translation Editor.
Solution:
First, ensure that no products are in the trash for the English language, as this can sometimes cause display issues. Next, verify that all necessary WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual (WCML) features are enabled, particularly those in the Troubleshooting section, which might be missing from your setup. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend you check for any known issues related to your scenario at https://wpml.org/known-issues/. Also, confirm that you have the latest versions of all themes and plugins installed.

If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance. You can do so by visiting our support forum at https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/. We highly recommend creating a full site backup before making further changes or updates.

We are using WooCommerce with the Uncode Theme. After translation of a product from our base language (German) to English, the page in English is empty. Also when we choose to edit the english page, there is no content at all. In the translation editor however, all fields are translated and the translation is marked as complete.

1.- Please share the URL of the product where the issue is happening. Also, can you tell me if this issue is only happening in this product or in all products?

2.- I kindly ask you to share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private. This will allow me to reproduce the issue and double-check the WPML configuration.

Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.
