This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with WPML after a recent update, specifically being unable to select the WordPress editor for translating products, English translations appearing in the Swedish shop sidebar, and English slugs appearing in URLs when sorting by attributes. Solution: We discovered that the plugin Product Pre-Orders for WooCommerce is causing these issues. This plugin is incompatible with WPML and has caused similar problems for other users. To resolve this, you can either contact the plugin author to inquire about a patch or solution, or you can disable and then re-enable the plugin temporarily to switch editors. If these steps do not resolve your issues or if the solution becomes outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am experiencing issues with WPML after the latest update on my site hidden link. I am trying to troubleshoot the problem and have created a copy/testing site with login details for assistance. I have been following all of your guides and recent support chat.
Symptoms:
I am unable to select the WordPress editor for translating, only the 'translation dashboard'. On visiting our products, the attributes display correctly in Swedish, but the Swedish shop shows English translations in the sidebar. Sorting by attributes results in English slugs in the URL.
Questions:
Why am I unable to select the WordPress editor for translating?
Why are English translations appearing in the Swedish shop sidebar?
Why do sorting by attributes result in English slugs in the URL?
As I said, I'll leave this ticket to address the issue with the Translation Editor, and will create a new one for the issue with the attributes on the sidebar. I just need you to send a brief description about it, so I can create a new ticket from there. I'm waiting for your feedback.
Lucas Vidal de Andrade : Can you describe more precisely the second issue? "Why are English translations appearing in the Swedish shop sidebar?"
Lucas Vidal de Andrade : Perhaps a screenshot. I don't know what to look for.
andreasW-2 : Sure
andreasW-2 : Go to hidden link and look at the sidebar "Language", it's all written in English, all the attributes
Lucas Vidal de Andrade : Got it. Let me check.
andreasW-2 : Then the SWedish shop page - hidden link
andreasW-2 : You can see that the title Language is correctly changed to "Språk", but the sub attributes are still listed in english
andreasW-2 : And if you click on any of the attributes, you get a URL slug that's in English, even though we have translated both attributes and slugs
andreasW-2 : and if you check an individual product, such as hidden link, you can see that the attributes at the bottom are correctly translated to Swedish
Lucas Vidal de Andrade : Ok, so when you mean sorting by attributes, it would be clicking on one of the languages, when checking the Swedish shop, correct?
andreasW-2 : I think we mean the same think, yes
andreasW-2 : (maybe I should have picked another attributes than language, we might get confused)
Lucas Vidal de Andrade : The attributes show in English, and show the English results. I would categorize this as the same issue. It seems that Facet is pulling the incorrect attributes.
Lucas Vidal de Andrade : Ok, in this case I'll need to convert this into a ticket. I'll leave one for the editor selector issue, and create a new one to address the attributes issue.

Thank you for waiting. So, after investigating on a local copy, I found out that the plugin Product Pre-Orders for Woocommerce is causing the issue. Disabling it lets you switch editors for the products. This plugin is incompatible with WPML, and has also caused other issues, with other users, in the past.
You can reach out to the author, to see if they have any patch or solution to that, or, more simply, just disable and enable it, temporarily, to be able to switch editors. Let me know if you have any questions.
