Background of the issue:
I am trying to copy an image field in a repeater within the ACF Options, which is set to copy, to a translated language.
Symptoms:
The image does not update in the translated language and remains as the previous image that was initially set.
Questions:
Why does the image not update in the translated language when set to copy?
How can I ensure the image is copied correctly to the translated language?
Just to make sure we are on the same page, you do translate the options page manually correct? Because we do not support the Advanced Translation editor for the ACF options page:

We just migrated it to live, so can give access to the test website. Nevertheless, I changed it to already to translate, so we wouldn't wait on WPML to go live.
Also, another issue occured where after the migration. Main menu shows untranslated strings when being on the home page, but translated strings when being anywhere else on the page. All the Cache plugins are out and WPML cache cleared etc.
Can you reply? This is urgent. Another thing.. While logged in admin (as with previous stuff), it works OK but as a normal user, in a new browser/incognito mode, the translated posts appear all wrong. Estonian view of blog shows english items.

That will be faster, and judging the information you have mentioned specifically the logged in/out I can say with high probability it is a cache issue.
But it is better that you open up a chat for that.
