This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using the ATE translator to translate a blog post, but the percentage counter is stuck at 96%, even though all fields appear translated and saved.
Solution:
First, ensure that all fields in your translation show a green color, indicating they are fully saved and recognized. If they show a blue line, it might indicate unsaved changes. Next, check if there are any missing HTML tags in the translated sections, as these can affect the completion percentage. If the issue persists, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Additionally, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

Background of the issue:
I am using the ATE translator to translate a blog post on a site under development.

Symptoms:
The percentage counter shows 96%, preventing me from completing the translation. All my fields have been translated and saved. I have gone through them twice and resaved each field.

Questions:
How can I resolve the issue with the ATE translator showing 96% completion?
