Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where credit card payments cannot be processed in languages other than Portuguese on their website. After entering credit card details and clicking "PAY", the page redirects to a broken link, and the order and payment do not complete.
Solution:
We recommend updating the WPML plugin to the latest version, currently 4.6.9, and also updating all add-ons to ensure you have the latest bug fixes and improvements. Although this may not directly solve the issue, it is essential to troubleshoot on the most recent codebase.
You can find the latest versions in the "My Account -> Downloads" section on the WPML website. Also, ensure that WordPress, WooCommerce, and other related plugins are up to date.
Before updating, please back up your database. You can use a plugin like Duplicator for this purpose.
