Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where credit card payments cannot be processed in languages other than Portuguese on their website. After entering credit card details and clicking "PAY", the page redirects to a broken link, and the order and payment do not complete.
Solution:
We recommend updating the WPML plugin to the latest version, currently 4.6.9, and also updating all add-ons to ensure you have the latest bug fixes and improvements. Although this may not directly solve the issue, it is essential to troubleshoot on the most recent codebase.
You can find the latest versions in the "My Account -> Downloads" section on the WPML website. Also, ensure that WordPress, WooCommerce, and other related plugins are up to date.
Before updating, please back up your database. You can use a plugin like Duplicator for this purpose.
If the issue persists after updating, please provide us with screenshots showing the issue and the steps to replicate it.

Hello,

We are having an issue at this moment on our website that is stopping us from selling by credit card in other languages other than portuguese.
When the client is in any language other than Portuguese (which is the "standard" language), when trying to fulfill an order, after filling the credit card details and clicking "PAY", the page is redirected to a broken link, and the order is not completed nor the payment.
We believe this may have something to do with the translations. Can you please help us sort this issue?

Could you please update your WPML plugin to the latest version 4.6.9 and add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily resolve your problem, however, in order to troubleshoot the issue best we need to work on the latest code available.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

Please make sure to update WordPress, WooCommerce and other related plugins.

Remember to backup your database first before you proceed. You can use a plugin for this if you like (example: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/)
