This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with quotation marks appearing incorrectly in translations (e.g., inverted quotation marks in Arabic compared to English), despite looking correct in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), this summary is for you.
Solution:
1. Edit the English page using Elementor and add the quotation marks as you wish them to appear.
2. Save the changes in Elementor.
3. Exit Elementor.
4. On the English editing screen, press the update button.
5. Check if the pencil icon next to the Arabic translation has changed to a circled arrow icon, indicating that the Arabic translation needs an update.
6. Update the Arabic translation using WPML's Translation Editor.
This process should correct the display of quotation marks in your translations.
