This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to switch the text menu from Hebrew RTL to English LTR even after deleting the Hebrew language.
Solution:
1) Navigate to WPML >> Translation Management >> Translators tab.
2) Remove the current translator.
3) Refresh the page.
4) Add the user as a Translator again and save the changes.
5) Go to Users >> Profile.
6) Select English as the value for the Language field.
7) Save the changes.
8) Clear all types of caches.
Please ensure to perform a full site backup before attempting these steps.
