Background of the issue:
I am trying to delete all translations and restore the starting point translate credit to start again on the correct template versions. Some of the template was changed, but the translator shows the old versions.
Symptoms:
The translator shows old template versions instead of the updated ones.
Questions:
How can I delete all translations in WPML?
How can I restore the starting point translate credit in WPML?
The credits used for the automatic translation are not refundable.
But if you want to have a clean slate regarding the translation of the website you can reset WPML and it will delete all the translations that you had saved on the WordPress Database and start from scratch.
You will need to delete the languages too and start over by setting the languages.
Hey Christopher,
first I find it so unfair from your side that most of the automatic translation spent on e relevant content, I expected to be treated more fairly.
Second the Main Header can't translated why? all i can translate is the name and slog
It seems that there is a misunderstanding. You asked for a reset and how to do so and I gave the information yes there is no way to refund credits as we spend those credits and pay the translation engine to do the translation.
But if there is an issue regarding the translation we will be happy to help.
For the second question I will need more context as I do not even know the link of your website.
