This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported an issue where WPML was generating an error due to a missing WordPress database table. Solution: We recommended the client ensure they had a full site backup. We then requested WP-Admin credentials to access the site and address the issue directly. After receiving the credentials, we created the missing database table, resolving the error. Additionally, for removing language data, we guided the client to disable the unwanted languages first, then use the option to remove the data for those languages, as detailed in our documentation here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-completely-remove-a-language-from-your-site/
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
During a chat session with my hosting support, we've found that WPML is generating an error. I am trying to resolve this issue on my site hidden link.
Symptoms:
Error: WordPress DB Table Missing
Questions:
How can I resolve the WordPress DB Table Missing error caused by WPML?
While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.
It seems taht the table is missing, if you can try to create new table as in the image attached, or if you need help let us know and we will be glad to help and do it for you.
I don't know where I should create this DB Table, it's not explicit on the image. It seems to be very complicated, as inside that table there are many options (or whatever the name of those are).
Would you please be very very clear on the proccess of creating and populating it? I'm not a good PHPMyAdin user, would need a real step-by-step to make it happen.
I'll keep looking forward on to solve this issue, thank you so much.
Hey Carlos, thank you very much for that! I have a nightly backup every day, and I'll make a new backup before proceeding.
Would it work with sFTP and SSH credentials only? Or you really need a WP-Admin Credentials too? Thank you again, I'll keep looking forward on to create the right ones so you can help me.
I don't know how to check that, my hosting company found the issue. Is possible that you can check that? I would need to contact them again to check that...
I'll keep looking forward from you, thanks again for your patience and support.
I can't see the error, and I created the missing database table. Please contact your hosting providers and ask them if they continue seeing the error on their side.
I'll keep this ticket open until I can have an answer from my hosting company (they're out of their support hours now, as they're in Australia). In case it's solved I just come back to close the ticket, in case not I'll post another reply.
I've asked to my Hosting Support guy to re-check it all (I've cleared all Server and WP caches, including Static Cache and Object Cache), so to make sure it will all work as expected.
Thank you so much fro your patience and suport. Saludos hermano!
