Before proceeding further, can you please try the following?
1) Take a full backup of your site and database before proceeding. It is highly advised to try these on a dev or staging site first, so your live site isn't compromised.
2) Deactivate all plugins except WPML, String Translation, WooCommerce and WCML.
3) Switch to parent Woodmart theme.
4) Check for the issue if it still happens.
Besides this, can you also provide a public URL where this issue can be observed? Currently I see the site is under maintenance and I'm not able to see how it is working.
Thank you for the updates, looks like the URL you provided is password protected.
I need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.
Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in the admin and on the frontend.
IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.
Thank you for the access, I was able to login and trying to observe and find the issue.
However, when I try to edit the "Shop" page using Elementor (hidden link), it looks like there's no content area for that. While from frontend, if I try to edit the /en/shop via Elementor, it opens an archive layout. In this layout, I can only select the filter listed, but there are no options for the filters.
Can you please write me the steps to edit the shop page, as well as, to check for the shop filters or related elementor widget's options or settings?
