Background of the issue:
I'm using the WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav to filter products by attributes. While the filters appear and function correctly on the English version, they do not show up at all on the Thai version.
I've reviewed the following WPML resources related to the issue:
1. https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-attribute-label-not-translated-in-filter-by-attribute-widget/
2. https://wpml.org/forums/topic/filters-disappeared/.
Unfortunately, these did not resolve the problem on my end.

Symptoms:
Filters do not show up on the Thai version of the site.

Questions:
Could you please guide me on how to configure the site to display attribute-based product filters correctly on the Thai version?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Before proceeding further, can you please try the following?

1) Take a full backup of your site and database before proceeding. It is highly advised to try these on a dev or staging site first, so your live site isn't compromised.
2) Deactivate all plugins except WPML, String Translation, WooCommerce and WCML.
3) Switch to parent Woodmart theme.
4) Check for the issue if it still happens.

Besides this, can you also provide a public URL where this issue can be observed? Currently I see the site is under maintenance and I'm not able to see how it is working.

Regards.

Hello,

I followed your recommendation, but unfortunately the issue still occurs.
You can review it on the public URL here: hidden link

If needed, I also have a cloned version of the website ready for testing and troubleshooting. Please let me know if you would like access.

Thank you,

Thank you for the updates, looks like the URL you provided is password protected.

I need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.

Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in the admin and on the frontend.

IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.

See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security.

P.S.: If you don't see the section for providing access information, do not write in the message box or the information may appear as public.

Thank you for the access, I was able to login and trying to observe and find the issue.

However, when I try to edit the "Shop" page using Elementor (hidden link), it looks like there's no content area for that. While from frontend, if I try to edit the /en/shop via Elementor, it opens an archive layout. In this layout, I can only select the filter listed, but there are no options for the filters.

Can you please write me the steps to edit the shop page, as well as, to check for the shop filters or related elementor widget's options or settings?

Hello,

<b>Shop Page Setup Summary</b>
Archive Template
- The current Shop archive template is managed via Elementor at:
👉hidden link
👉Filters are displayed using a Sidebar widget area
- Choose Sidebar "Shop Page Widget Area"

- If you want to create a new archive template, you can do so in Elementor and set the Display Condition to:
👉Include: Shop Page (condition_shop_page.png)

⚠️Doing this will deactivate the current template automatically.

<b> Filters Configuration</b>
Filters on the Shop page are managed through a combination of Widget Area and WOODMART-specific widgets:

<b>1.Shop Page Widget Area</b>
- Contains: Filter Products by Price (a WooCommerce default widget)

<b>2.WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav</b>
Used to filter products by:
- Brand
- Color
- Sale-type

These widgets and filters are typically controlled via:
- Appearance > Widgets > Shop page Widget Area

To adjust attributes like Brand/Color/Sale-type, manage them under:
- Products > Attributes in WooCommerce

Thank you

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

I was able to resolve this by disabling the option "Enable table usage" in WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab > Advanced (see attached).

Now the Brand, Color and Promotion (sale-type) filters are appearing on the hidden link">Thai shop also (see attached).
